Syd Knight is a crime fiction writer from New Zealand. He grew up in Christchurch (where the novel, Lie Down with Dogs is set), and now lives in Wellington. He has travelled the world as an award-winning filmmaker, and works as a university lecturer. Lie Down with Dogs is his first novel.
